- Responsible for accepting , checking and loading authorisations
- Capture bookings for clients and follow up on missed bookings
- Monitoring and updating insurance portals within required turnaround times
- Customer service, telephonic , email and sometimes in person
- weekly follow up on back order parts
- Work closely with the stores department to ensure parts arrive on time for booking in vehicles.
- Monitor parts for missed booking dates.
- Liaising with claims handlers, Insurance and brokers
- Familiar with Transportation Management System (TMS)
