Automotive Panelshop Quality Controller – Randburg, Gauteng
We are looking for an experienced Automotive Panelshop Quality Controller to join our team in Randburg. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering work to OEM standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in an automotive panel shop environment.
- At least 3 years’ management or supervisory experience.
- Trade Certificate in Panel Beating or Automotive Body Repair (NQF Level 4 or equivalent).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Contactable references.
- Additional I-CAR, OEM, or industry training advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure compliance with OEM standards.
- Maintain and manage quality control documentation.
- Oversee and assist with the management of panel shop staff and workflow.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues before delivery to customers.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently upheld.
