Aviation Safety :
- Develop and change safety culture within AHZA & Customers through:
- Promote safety awareness, implement and improve the safety system and ensure that all relevant safety standards are maintained
- Ensure that AHZA is a safe, reliable, efficient and caring organization committed to meet the expectations of customers, staff, and business partners and shareholders.
- Promote an environment that is healthy, safe and congenial for all AHZA members
- Influence prevention of all facility, incidents, hazards and / or occurrences
- Operate within the rules and regulations set forth, but not limited to, the defined workflow processes as per the AHZA's safety Manual/MOP and other available documentation from time to time
- Monitor Compliance to defined AHZA company standards
- Positively promote the Safety Culture of the company, both internally and towards clients
- Influence prevention of all air and ground accidents, incidents, hazards and / or occurrences.
- Collect and monitor any unsafe practices and conditions and ensure necessary corrective actions
- Successfully implement aviation safety electronic system for reporting, monitoring and analysis of safety events as well as performing risk assessments
- Performing safety surveys at least annually
Analyse and share customer satisfaction through:
- Investigating of non-conformance arising from customer complaints
- Ensuring analyses and reporting of the customer survey feedback
- Conduct regular safety roadshows with customers
Investigate and provide root cause of non-quality cost through:
- Monitor, report and propose actions plans to reduce companywide non-quality costs of the investigation
To ensure people excellence in SHE through:
- Keeping up to date with regulations and AHG standards
- Ensure employees are qualified for applicable roles
- Ensuring necessary training
- Ease of availability of quality and safety documents and processes
- Developing a business continuity and succession planning
Occupational Health and Safety: - Focal point for safety and compliance action plan through:
- Comply with the functions of health and safety representatives as prescribed in section 18 of the OHS Act.
- Fulfil the functions of health and safety representatives in the manner described in the agreement between the employer and registered trade unions/employee representatives
- Attend and actively participate in the health and safety committee meetings
- Investigate any OHS incidents or occurrences
- Performing monthly checklist
- Performing safety inductions
Promote safe working procedures through:
- Monthly safety inspections
To ensure people excellence in SHE through:

- Ensuring necessary training
- Ease of availability of quality and safety documents and processes
