Location: South Africa (Johannesburg or Cape Town preferred)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EDT/EST (3 PM to 11 PM South Africa Standard Time)
Who You Are:
We are looking for a B2B Marketing / Media Expert with a proven track record in B2B demand generation and lead acquisition. This role is ideal for a performance-driven marketer who thrives in campaign execution, optimization, and platform-based strategy. Youll be the hands-on-keyboard expert managing day-to-day performance on Google Ads and LinkedIn.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Work with our Head of Marketing to execute strategic campaign goals.
- Manage audience segmentation, budget allocation, bid strategies, and A/B testing.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics, adjusting campaigns to improve ROAS and CPL.
- Implement keyword optimization, negative keyword strategies, and platform-specific enhancements.
- Generate performance reports and insights for stakeholders.
- Stay on top of platform updates and evolving best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with a focus on paid media.
- Deep platform knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (hands-on execution required).
- Experience managing daily budgets and optimizing for lead conversions.
- Familiarity with funnel strategy, attribution, and platform analytics.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and self-sufficiency.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar CRMs is a plus.
- Ideally familiar with the ad-tech industry and/or agency audience targeting.
