We're a fast-growing lead generation agency helping businesses scale through strategic outbound campaigns — and we’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our remote team!
This role combines outbound campaign management with sales calls and deal-closing, so if you're experienced in B2B sales, motivated by results, and thrive on autonomy — this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Plan, launch, and manage outbound campaigns and inboxes
✅ Monitor campaign performance and optimize results
✅ Engage warm leads via email and LinkedIn
✅ Run discovery & demo calls with potential clients
✅ Close deals and meet monthly targets
✅ Keep CRM records clean and up-to-date
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5+ years in sales/closing (preferably B2B or agency)
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools (e.g., Instantly, Skylead, Lemlist, or similar)
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken + written)
- Technically proficient with knowledge of email marketing and digital sales
- Driven, resourceful, and results-oriented
- Available to work U.S. Eastern Time: 10AM – 4PM ET, Mon–Fri
- You have a stable and high-speed internet connection.
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $1200 USD /month
- Bonus Performance Commissions: $300–$800+ USD / month (uncapped)
- 7-hour shift
- Paid Time Off: 15 days/year
