Barista

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customers are educated on our products and services
• Maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards
• Follow all company drink recipes and procedures
• Begins to educate themselves on various types of coffee, tea products, blends and roast.
• Proficiently prepares blended and cold drinks provided from the store.
• Greets all customers with fast, friendly and personalised service and develops a rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items.
• Maintain efficient and friendly service.
• Routinely cleans bar area, floor, windows and grinders etc.
• Reports potential safety hazards to manager on duty.

Requirements and Physical demand:

• May work special events as needed
• Maintains positive company morale and professional attitude.
• Must be able to work overtime if needed.
• Well organised and detail orientated
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Regularly required to walk, stand, talk and hear.
