Open 5 days a week, with set off days being Sunday and Monday, launching in Quarter 4 2025.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, exhibiting a strong knowledge of different cocktails, beverages, and foods.
- Providing excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making them feel welcome and comfortable.
- Making recommendations to guests by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the beverage menu, inlaying ingredients, flavours, and presentation of each drink
- Mixing and garnishing drinks to meet guest preferences and hotel standards
- Promoting featured drinks, specials, or promotions to guests
- Enforcing all legal regulations related to serving alcoholic beverages, such as checking identification for age verifications and refusing service to intoxicated individuals
What You Bring:
- Possesses a responsible alcohol service certification or license depending on the jurisdiction and local regulations.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and different types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to engage with guests, understand their preferences, make recommendations, and provide a positive experience.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate measurements, proper presentation, and adherence to recipes.
