Call Center Representative / Remote
Location: Cape Town, South Africa (Monday Saturday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $4 USD per hour

Position Overview:
As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact with potential and existing customers. You will handle outbound and inbound calls, provide professional customer support, and assist the sales team by generating and qualifying leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Support
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers regarding roofing and construction services.
- Answer inbound calls with professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy.
- Schedule appointments and manage customer follow-ups.
Data Management & Sales Support
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the company system.
- Support the sales team by generating and qualifying leads.
- Ensure a smooth handoff of potential customers to the sales team.
Who We're Looking For:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong phone presence with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent in availability.
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
