Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, adept at handling inbound/outbound calls, and able to solve problems efficiently. This role requires a positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide product/service information, resolve customer inquiries, and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and actions taken.
- Document and follow up on customer feedback or issues to ensure complete resolution.
- Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions and recommendations.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
- Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, including call handling time, quality assurance standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay informed on new products, services, and company policies to provide up-to-date information.
- Adhere to company scripts, guidelines, and procedures during customer interactions.
