Duties & Responsibilities
- Generating Leads: Make outbound cold calls to identify and qualify potential clients, aiming for 40+ calls per day.
- Setting Appointments: Secure at least 4 meetings daily for our Business Development Managers or Sales Directors, ensuring all client details are accurate and relevant.
- Delivering Tailored Sales Pitches: Communicate the value of Tsebo’s services clearly and persuasively, adapting your approach to each prospect’s needs.
- Conducting Market Research: Identify trends, target markets, and new opportunities to support strategic sales efforts.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Log all interactions, leads, and outcomes in our reporting tools, and contribute to performance analysis.
- Following Up: Keep leads warm through timely follow-ups and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborating with the Team: Work closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues to align strategies and share insights.
- Staying Compliant: Follow all relevant data privacy laws and best practices in outbound sales.
- Continuously Learning: Keep up with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques through training and self-development.

Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 (Appropriate Tertiary qualification would be an added advantage).
- 1–3 years in outbound call centre sales, plus 2 years in customer service or sales.
- Having experience in a service environment such as cleaning, catering, facilities management or security will be an advantage.
