A vacancy exists for a Cashless Manager within Kazang – Micro Merchant Division, Product & Innovation, in Century City, Cape Town.
The Cashless Manager will be responsible for managing the Cashless payments ecosystem in the relevant Kazang region, including Cahsless Wallet users, Vault footprint and Supplier network.
You will be responsible for building and managing a team of individuals responsible for the growth and maintaining of Cashless payments ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Building and managing the regional cashless team.
- Ultimate responsibility for growing and optimizing Kazang vault infrastructure.
- Working with Kazang direct sales structures to maximize volumes within Cashless Ecosystems.
- Managing and building key supplier relationships.
- Growing Kazang Cashless user base.
In order to be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met:
- Matric/Grade 12.
- 5+ years of experience in managing a sales team and/or Account Management in FMCG/Liquor industry.
- 5+ years of experience in the peri-urban/rural ‘informal’ economy would be an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
