Novus Holdings is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its newly consolidated Print and Plastic Packaging Division. This strategic appointment demands bold leadership, innovative thinking, and relentless execution.
About the Role
As CEO of the Print and Plastic Packaging Division, you will be entrusted with shaping and driving the strategic intent of two of Novus Holdings’ core business units. Your mandate: to unlock new revenue streams, foster innovation, and future-proof operations in a rapidly evolving market.
You will report directly to the Group CEO and through aligning with the forward-looking strategic objectives deliver sustainable value across the division.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a transformative strategy for the division, aligned with Novus Holdings’ long-term vision.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, partnerships, and product innovations to drive top-line expansion.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, enhance productivity, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Innovation: reimagining how products are designed, produced, and experienced.
- Future-Focused Execution: Lead with agility in response to market shifts, regulatory changes, and global packaging trends.
- Acquisitions: Identify and manage strategic acquisitions to strengthen the division
- Capex: Identify and evaluate strategic capex projects
- Customer Relationships: Foster and manage relationships with strategic customers.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (a master’s degree will be highly advantageous).
Experience Requirements
We’re looking for a seasoned executive with:
- Proven executive leadership with sound knowledge and experience of manufacturing
- A track record of driving innovation and revenue growth
- Experience of implementing world-class manufacturing principles and techniques
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Visionary thinking with the ability to translate strategy into action
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
