Cleaner / Tea Person
IMCD SA is looking for a reliable, friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaner / Tea Person. In this role, you will play an important part in maintaining a clean, comfortable environment and providing refreshments to staff and visitors, helping to create a pleasant and professional workplace. You will be reporting to the Branch Manager and you will be based in Milnerton, Cape Town.
- You must be well presented and maintain a high standard of hygiene.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and visitors
- Ability to execute written an oral instructions
- A matric certificate will be advantageous
- Cleaning boardrooms daily
- Empty dustbins and remove dirty cups
- Vacuum clean all carpets and keep floors mopped and tidy
- Ensure toilets are cleaned and stocked with toiletries
- Making tea / coffee for visitors on request
- Set up for meetings and catering when required
- Ensure reception area looks neat
- Wash dishes / dish towels and keep kitchen clean and tidy
- Keep rubbish together and make available for collection
- Keep offices immaculate at all times
- Clean internal office windows / doors and blinds every second month
- Complete requisition of all supplies as needed for the week
- Assist with routine administrative tasks as delegated
A matric certificate will be advantageous

Milnerton Cape Town. Preferences will be given to candidates living in the area.
