We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Client Administrator to join our Investment Migration team in Cape Town. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting high-net-worth clients by managing records, assisting with compliance processes, preparing documentation, coordinating logistics and working closely with the casework team.

Your role and responsibilities:
Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing, analysing and validating client documents during the onboarding stage
- Assisting with in-house KYC processes and conducting adverse media checks
- Creating and maintaining accurate client records within the CRM system
- Generating invoices and recording payments
- Preparing document checklists for clients and pre-populating government application forms
- Scanning, saving and managing legalised documents
- Coordinating courier bookings, tracking and confirming safe delivery of documents worldwide
- Maintaining both physical and electronic client folders and records
- Preparing client travel and appointment itineraries
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes
- Providing day-to-day support to the casework team
- Managing workflow by distributing calls, enquiries and emails as needed
- Performing general administrative and office support duties
