Job Description
To execute Compliance Risk Management processes and activities within Private and Personal Banking Product and Card SA, to ensure that the area is undertaken in a compliant manner to avoid operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational damage to the organisation and enable the competitive advantage of the organisation.

- 3 - 5 years experience - Keep abreast of and analyse regulatory and legislative developments, applicable to the Business Unit across all jurisdictions in which it operates, in order to deliver sound advice to relevant stakeholders and ensure business awareness of the anticipated impact of regulatory changes.
- Maintain and update an accurate log of regulatory commitments and open Compliance findings and record progress made towards closure to provide accurate Compliance reporting and insights.
- Guide Compliance Officers, across all regions, in the drafting and customisation of the Compliance Risk Management Plans (RMPs) for all core and high risk regulatory requirements, indicating all relevant details to ensure consistency and quality of the plans.
- Track progress of execution against the Function's Compliance monitoring plan, across all regions, collaborating with Group Compliance Monitoring and Group Internal audit and conduct assurance reviews on closed compliance findings to ensure continuous oversight of the regulatory and compliance environment.
- Compile and deliver monthly, quarterly and ad hoc compliance reports for discussion at the relevant governance forums or for submission to the regulator as required.
