- Attend site briefings
- Do bills of quantities: getting prices from suppliers.
- Check site progress : Conduct sites visits and check the quality of the work done
- Preparing and organizing tender documents: You will be responsible for gathering all the necessary information and documentation required for the tender process.
- Managing the tender evaluation process: You will oversee the evaluation of bids received, which may involve creating evaluation criteria, coordinating with the evaluation committee, and ensuring a fair and transparent assessment of all submissions.
- Assisting with contract negotiations: Once the winning bid is selected, you may be involved in contract negotiations with the chosen vendor. This includes discussing terms and conditions, pricing, delivery schedules, and other relevant aspects of the contract.
- Maintaining accurate records: It is essential to maintain proper documentation throughout the tender process. You will be responsible for recording all communications, bid submissions, evaluation reports, and any other relevant documents to ensure compliance and transparency.
