The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for verifying and vetting incoming contracts and KYC (Know Your Customer) information. They will facilitate the activation and registration of vendors upon completion of the contract approval process and assist with Android App registrations and vetting. Additionally, the role includes following up on inactive Kazang Pay merchants when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the Contracts queue on Freshdesk.
  • Ensure contracts are correctly tagged and completed.
  • Verify that all necessary KYC documents are attached.
  • Conduct external checks to validate vendor KYC details.
  • Capture contracts where necessary.
  • Activate and register vendors upon approval.
  • Coordinate tasks required for vendor onboarding, including branding.
  • Process and verify FICA registrations for webstore and Android App users.

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • Matric (Grade 12)

Experience:

  • Knowledge of the Kazang vending business
  • Administrative experience

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
