Description
As a CRO Specialist, you’ll dig deep into mobile and web performance, identify drop-offs, and design experiments to maximize conversion and retention.
You’ll work cross-functionally with performance marketers, product owners, and designers to optimize user journeys - from first click to first deposit and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) at a high level to analyze visitor behavior, conversion funnels, drop-off points, and engagement across devices.
- Leverage Crazy Egg, Smartlook, and other behavioral tracking tools (heatmaps, scroll maps, session recordings) to find friction.
- Build and execute A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and UX hypotheses that drive measurable growth.
- Identify and resolve issues related to landing pages, signup flows, KYC forms, or deposit journeys.
- Collaborate with paid media, CRM, and content teams to ensure seamless CRO across the funnel.
- Own the CRO reporting cadence - share learnings, wins, and next experiments weekly/monthly.
- Proactively monitor KPIs like conversion rate, bounce rate, time to deposit, and lead quality.
- Support the design/dev team in implementing winning test variants and UX updates.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in CRO, UX optimization, or funnel testing - ideally in online gambling, eCommerce, gaming, or financial tech.
- Master-level knowledge of GA4 - including advanced segments, funnel visualizations, and event tracking.
- Daily hands-on experience with Crazy Egg, Smartlook, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of testing platforms like VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize (or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset + understanding of digital behavior psychology.
- Bonus: Experience optimizing flows in regulated markets (iGaming, betting, financial services).
- Self-driven, organized, and obsessed with data-backed decision-making.
