Key Responsibilities:
- Develop bold, on-brand culinary concepts
- Create menus reflecting global trends & sustainability
- Lead R&D kitchen, tastings & product development
- Standardise recipes, methods & plating across outlets
- Collaborate with chefs to ensure consistency & cost control
- Implement food safety & quality systems
- Mentor chefs & run internal trainings
- Drive brand expansion & concept rollouts
- Align food strategy with marketing & ops
- Manage costing, procurement & vendor planning
- Champion zero-waste & plant-forward innovation
What You Bring:
- Michelin-level skills & global culinary expertise
- Passion for innovation, fermentation, foraging & tech
- Proven leadership in multi-outlet or regional teams
- Strong menu engineering & kitchen economics
- Excellent communicator & team builder
- Degree/diploma or equivalent experience
- 10+ yrs in kitchens, 5+ in leadership
- International exposure = big plus
