Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Able to communicate in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literate
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Call centre or retail experience will be advantageous
- No criminal record
- Must be based in Helderberg area or have their own transport if based outside Helderberg region or within easy public transport range
- Able to work under pressure
General Task:
- Offer clients product and system support
- Deal with customer queries.
- Manage emails and incoming calls
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R6 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Somerset West, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
