What we are looking for:
- Strong written English is essential (grammar, spelling, punctuation & sentence structuring)
- Excellent communication skills
- A confident communicator, fluent in English both verbal and written
- Display resilience while maintaining the ability to empathise

- Customer focused and have a genuine desire to provide a quality service. We offer full service and retention's training, as well as ongoing training and coaching throughout your time at Interact.
The role:
- Text-based, digital interactions with customers, with some phone work in the future, potentially
- Inbound: you’ll engage with customers who’ve sought your assistance
- Sales/Retention: endeavouring to take a customer from an enquiry/cancellation request to sign up/save
- Engaging with up to 3 customers concurrently

Shifts will vary covering the following hours:
Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 22.00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 8.00am – 18.00pm
You will work on a rotational basis cover 5-days across the week (normally 45 hour week)
Basic Rate: R40 per hour
Education:
- Matric Certificate required
- Further education beneficial
