Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and optimise routes to maximize efficiency and minimise travel time.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts distribution
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer enquiries or concerns.
- Ensure accurate vehicle lisencing and registrations are processed with the traffic service department.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Act as a representative of the company, promoting its products and services during customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to the sales team about customer preferences or issues encountered in the field.
- Efficiently manage time to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
