Overall planning of events. including conceptualisation, planning, budgeting, implementation and execution.
Creating mood boards with various look and feel’s
Sourcing and shopping for specific events
General office administration
Liaising with clients, suppliers and colleagues in other divisions
Generate quotes and invoicing for clients
Ideal Candidates should have these requirements:
Post-matric qualification
Design suitable mood boards
Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word etc.
Willing to work outside of standard working hours
Familiarity with floral and an eye for style
Strong work ethic
Ability to work well under pressure
Attention to detail
Great organisational skills
Good communication skills, written and verbal
Creativity
Good time management
Valid code eight driver’s licence
