Core West Group is a multinational investment group engaged in a venture to acquire middle-market real estate and property companies in South Africa, for the purpose of growing its portfolio within the real estate sector.
We are seeking an executive director to join our board of directors in the capacity of CEO.
Applicants must have had extensive experience within the property sector as well as with acquisitions of properties in South Africa across the residential, commercial, industrial, and raw land verticals.
Exposure and experience to the acquisitions of South African companies is a benefit as part of our strategy is to acquire ancillary businesses to the property sector to support portfolio operations - such as management companies, construction firms, and estate agencies.
Directors receive directors equity in the holding company, and are provided with a remuneration and incentives package that is commensurate with a c-suite position.
