Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Facilitators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry experience combined with exceptional facilitation and training skills. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training courses, developing engaging learning materials, and mentoring learners to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions in respective disciplines aligned with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Facilitate practical and theoretical training to diverse learners.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.
- Mentor junior facilitators and contribute to curriculum development.
Requirements:
- NQF Level 2 or higher qualification in related field (NQF Level 6 or above preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional industry experience.
- Registered Assessor with MERSETA
- Registered Trade Assessment Practitioner (TTO) with NAMB will be advantageous.
- Experience in training, facilitation, or teaching roles.
- Strong understanding of South African respective industry regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage adult learners.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel if required.
- Innovative approach to training delivery.
- Passion for skills development and lifelong learning.
