Minimum requirements: Matric
Valid Drivers License Code C1 (Code 10)
Experience: 3 years’ experience as a field sales agent, 1 year of which as a Team Leader/ Supervisor
Position purpose: Lead field sales agents in achieving sales leads for online and walk in branches
Scope:
The Sales Agent’s Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting a team of sales agents to generate quality leads and drive loan sales for both online and walk in branch. The role ensures effective execution of field sales campaigns, canvassing activities, and community engagement to maximize customer acquisition and branch growth.
Key Performance Areas:
· Lead and supervise field sales agents to achieve individual sales targets.
· Canvass for sales leads from prospective customers.
· Plan, organise and execute sales campaigns (including door to door campaigns).
· Monitor sales campaigns performance, providing feedback and support to agents.
· Organise, motivate and support sales agents to perform their duties
· Monitor sales agents’ performance
· Promote and create awareness of company products and services in the field.
· Follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries
· Assist customers with online loan applications
· Distribute and monitor company marketing materials (Banners, Posters, etc)

Pay: R6 719,00 - R8 224,00 per month
