We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator with relevant experience in the beauty industry to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
- Greeting and serving guests
- Checking guests in & confirming services requested
- Coordination of bookings to ensure smooth running of operations
- Ensuring positive guest experience
- Bookings, queries and cancellations
- Ensuring company policies are adhered to
- Stock Take and order placement
- Guest Details Update and Logging
- Upsell spa services and products
- Communicate between guests and staff and work as a team
- Assisting Management with operational tasks & requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Front Desk Coordinator in the beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with beauty products, treatments, and industry trends
- Proficient in using salon or spa management software or willing to learn
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings & public holidays
