MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Agricultural or horticultural qualification is beneficial.
- Minimum of two years’ practical gardening experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team while upholding high standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Passion for indigenous plants and a deep respect for nature
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and clean stone paths, beds, dams, and water channels.
- Identify and manage weed control, distinguishing between plants, seedlings, and weeds.
- Perform general garden maintenance, including planting, feeding, and pest control.
- Engage with guests by generously sharing knowledge about the garden and its features.
