We are seeking a Google Certified Ads Manager to plan, implement, and manage high-performing Google Ads campaigns that drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in PPC strategy, analytics, and conversion optimization, with a proven track record of delivering ROI-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Setup
- Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize reach and relevance.
- Campaign Management & Optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve KPI goals.
- Write and test compelling ad copy and creative assets.
- Implement A/B testing to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Provide actionable insights to improve performance and ROI.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives, seasonal trends, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure ads are visually engaging and on-brand.
- Compliance & Best Practices
- Stay up to date with Google Ads policies, algorithms, and industry trends.
- Ensure campaigns comply with all platform rules and guidelines.
Requirements
- Google Ads Certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with monthly budgets exceeding R50,000+.
- Strong knowledge of PPC strategy, keyword research, and bidding optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or multi-location retail marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels.
- Knowledge of remarketing, dynamic ads, and conversion tracking setups.
