The Role
Kalium is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Freelance LinkedIn Ads Specialist to collaborate with our team on a per-project basis. If you have a proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing B2B lead generation campaigns on the LinkedIn Ads platform for diverse clients, particularly within the SaaS and services sectors, we want to hear from you.
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive LinkedIn Ads strategies tailored to our B2B SaaS and services clients' lead generation goals, understanding their unique offerings and target audiences.
- Hands-on Campaign Management: Take ownership of all aspects of LinkedIn Ads campaigns from setup to optimization, including:
- Advanced Audience Targeting: Implement precise demographic, firmographic, job title, skills, and interest-based targeting.
- Creative Development: Advise on and support the creation of compelling ad copy, visuals, video, InMail, and document ads that resonate with B2B professionals.
- Bid & Budget Management: Strategically manage bids and allocate budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve CPL targets.
- Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with our web team and clients to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversion.
- A/B Testing: Continuously run tests on ad copy, visuals, targeting, and offers to improve performance.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using LinkedIn Ads analytics, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Optimization: Implement proactive, data-driven optimizations to achieve and exceed lead generation targets (CPL, MQLs, SQLs) for multiple clients.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with our internal account managers, content specialists, and clients to ensure that messaging and lead-handoff processes are seamless.
- Provide regular, clear, and actionable reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights to our team and clients.
- Stay Current: Remain up-to-date with the latest LinkedIn Ads features, best practices, and B2B marketing trends.
The Person
- 3+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience running successful B2B lead generation campaigns on LinkedIn Ads.
- Demonstrable portfolio or case studies showcasing strong results in CPL reduction, lead quality improvement, and MQL/SQL generation specifically for B2B SaaS and services clients. (Be prepared to discuss specific examples during the interview process).
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn's various ad formats, advanced targeting options, and bidding strategies.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
- A strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and lead qualification processes.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Google Ads campaigns (Search and/or Display) for B2B clients and Meta Ads campaigns for B2B clients.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience working with a marketing agency or managing campaigns for multiple clients simultaneously.
Salary & Benefits
- R12,500 for 30 hours per month.
- Flexibility to increase hours over time.
