As Head of Innovation, you will be the driving force behind transforming Medihelps products, managed care models, and member services. This is not about incremental change its about shaping and executing an innovation agenda that sets new standards in healthcare.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Health Sciences (advantageous),Business, Actuarial Science, or related field (Masters inPublic Health, MBA, or equivalent preferred)
10 years experience in healthcare innovation, productdevelopment and managed care strategy is essential.
Proven track record in conceptualising, piloting, andcommercialising health-related solutions.
Proven leadership capacity in managing teams of 100employees as a minimum.
Ability to link product design with care delivery and riskmanagement principles.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of medicalschemes regulatory frameworks (CMS, MSA).
Experience in digital health platforms, value-based care,and reimbursement innovation is required
