We’re on the hunt for a Head of Sales Operations – UK!
Are you a strategic operator with a bias for action and a passion for performance? We’re looking for a commercially savvy leader to drive our UK sales campaigns, lead high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
As Head of Sales Operations, you’ll oversee 5 Campaign Managers, 25 Team Leaders, and 375+ agents across UK markets. You’ll be the heartbeat of campaign strategy, client engagement, and operational excellence — all while building a culture of ownership, learning, and high energy.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end campaign planning and execution to exceed KPIs
- Owning client relationships through WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs
- Partnering with Recruitment, Training, QA, and IT to ensure seamless delivery
- Driving data-informed decisions through real-time dashboards and reporting
- Coaching and developing leaders to build a high-performance culture
If you bring:
- 5–7 years in Sales Operations or Contact Centre Management (preferably in BPO)
- Proven experience managing large teams (400+ FTEs)
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (MBA a plus)
- A track record of success with UK clients and campaign delivery
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and executive-level communication
