POSITION: Hire Desk Trader
Purpose of the Position:
- To maximize revenue by turning every call received into an order including continuous communication and follow-up with all customers
- To be responsible of the internal sales function including correct administration and processing of orders whilst ensuring excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Grade 12
Experience:
- 2 years’ experience Internal sales of semi-corporate to corporate customers
- D365 Experience
- 5 years experience in Hire Desk, Call Centre, Sales, and Administration experience.
- Experience in working with customer satisfaction & index systems.

Responsibilities:
- Profitability - Allocates Handle incoming sales calls and re-direct when necessary
- Follow up on all enquiries received
- Allocate new customers or opportunities to reps
- Ensure proper interaction with External sales rep and assist where required to ensure customer relation is maximized
- Turn calls received and made into orders
- Ensure maintenance of contact database and follow ups
- Assist external sales staff with rental and products
- Manage COD hires & pro-forma invoices were necessary
- Assets- Resolve queries with customers
- Take full responsibility for rental from beginning to end
- Ensure that all the relevant information is obtained and inputted correctly into Eazit from the customers to ensure accuracy for the full rental, i.e. order numbers, period of rental, weekends, etc
- Issue Credit Apps and Terms & condition to all new customers
- Vet all returned Credit Apps from customer and ensure all relevant information has been supplied, before handing to Debtors
- Improve net Promoter Score (CSI)
- Risk- Manage all customer order numbers
- Manages all off hires i.t.o. Reference numbers and Eazi updates
- Follow up on all missing paperwork and customer orders
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to within department
- General - To ensure that a professional image is always projected
- To ensure that the quality of service that Eazi Access Rental provides and the satisfaction of its customers, are treated with the utmost importance at all times
- To promote Eazi Access Rental and do everything possible to enhance its image
- To ensure that all duties are carried out safely and in accordance with all company and legal requirements
- To work in harmony with other employees in the Company
- To ensure that confidentiality in all Eazi Access Rental matter is maintained
- To produce other information as required and to carry out other duties either directly or indirectly as requested by your manager from time to time
- Compliance to standard operation guidelines of Eazi Access Rental
