Purpose of the Position
- To conduct reservations administrations functions, assist with reservations targets being met. Ensure that all members are assisted in a friendly and in a courteous manner and that all queries are resolved in line with our Service Level Agreement.
- To assist with all customer care related queries
Key Performance Areas
- Conduct service calls to the Club members.
- General reservations administration functions.
- Assist with ensuring that reservation targets are met and high service levels are maintained at all times.
- Take ownership of queries and ensure timeous and accurate resolution.
- Be target driven, but conscious and able to maintain the high levels of Service Delivery required in the department.
- Utilise various methods of correspondence such as email, fax, post etc.
- To achieve efficiency and quality standards as per company policy and procedure.
- Ad hoc duties where required.

Qualifications & Experience
- · Knowledge of IRIS Debtors and Reservations modules an advantage
- · Experience in a customer services environment
- · Good administrative skills
- · MS Office and Electronic Mail
- · Knowledge of all club portfolios under FGM
- · Knowledge of Internal Reservations an advantage
