Position Purpose
Ensure the effective management of the HR Administrative activities, inclusive of the payroll function
Key Result Areas
- Administrative / clerical support / recordkeeping

- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Attention to deadlines and milestones.
Core Activities
- Employee records upkeep and safe guarding
- Support internal and external HR processes
- Support the recruitment and selection process
- Maintain employee life cycle database
- Ensure the organisation’s compliance with Labour Laws and Regulations
- Maintain HRM systems and processes
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR and Payroll related processes and procedures
- Accurate and timeous payroll processing
- Assist in the processing of BBBEE relevant data
- Leave Administration
Education Requirements
Certificate/Diploma: Human Resource Management or relevant (NQF 5)
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years Relevant HR and Payroll Experience
- Experience in Tooling/Manufacturing Industry would be an advantage or
- Experience in a Higher Educational Training environment would be an advantage
