We are looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator with accounting experience to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative and financial tasks and can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with debtors regarding outstanding payments
- Manage and maintain both physical and digital filing systems
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring timely responses
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist with bookkeeping, billing, and account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative and financial tasks
Basic Requirements:
- Computer literacy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
