Destiny Placements is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Human Resources & Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this dual role, you will play an essential part in streamlining HR functions and assisting in finance operations, ensuring that both areas run smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources administration combined with a strong foundation in finance or accounting practices. This position is integral to our organization's goal of promoting a positive workplace environment while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and communicate with vendors regarding HR-related matters.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with the finance team.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
- Support internal HR and financial audits, and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR administration and/or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, payroll systems, and financial principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS/financial software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
