What You’ll Do
- Represent buyers, sellers, and landlords in property transactions across Cape Town and surrounds.
- Prospect for new clients through lead generation, referrals, cold calls, and networking.
- Conduct property valuations, showings, and open houses.
- Guide clients through the real estate process from initial consultation to closing.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients with professionalism and care.
- Stay current on local property market trends and property laws.
- Collaborate with a supportive team and tap into KW’s globally recognized MREA (Millionaire Real Estate Agent) systems and models.

What You Bring
- Valid South African Real Estate License (or we will help you attain one)
- South African ID or permanent work permit
- Reliable laptop & Smart phone
- Professional & Well Groomed
- Access to reliable transport
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and client service
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow your own business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with technology, AI and social media tools
- Previous sales experience is an advantage (but not required – we train talent!)
