Position: Real Estate Tele-canvasser
Rawson Properties Durbanville is excited to announce an opening for a Real Estate Tele-canvasser, a pivotal role within our dynamic sales team. This position is primarily focused on lead generation, client engagement, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive property sales.
Full-time in Office:
Shop 107 Suntyger Building Tygervalley
Hours:
Mon – Thursday: 08:30 am – 17:00 pm
Friday: 08:30 am – 16: 00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and diligently follow up with existing prospects to convert them into sales or rental opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current property listings and market trends to effectively engage clients.
- Schedule appointments for property market value assessments and coordinate seamlessly with the sales team and agents.
- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads within our Customer Relationship Management system.
- Meet and exceed monthly call and lead generation targets to contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Matric
- Experience in a real estate environment would be beneficial.
- Proven experience as a Tele-canvasser, ideally within the real estate or sales sectors.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Own reliable transport.
