Internal Sales Administrator required in Cape Town.

Requirements:
- Matric (a post-matric qualification in sales, business, or administration is advantageous)
- Sales background, preferably in the building materials industry will be advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a personable and professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM platforms
- Well-organized with excellent time management capabilities
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic fast-paced setting
- Keen attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivated, driven and takes initiative
- Service-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Team player who can also perform effectively when working independently
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships by managing transactions and driving sales performance
- Handle sales administration tasks such as issuing credit notes and maintaining back-order records
- Monitor overdue accounts and initiate follow-ups to ensure timely collections
- Schedule and track deliveries to guarantee efficient and accurate order processing
- Contribute to inventory management through regular cycle counts, stocktakes, and processing GRNs
- Gain comprehensive product knowledge in order to confidently promote and support sales efforts
- Support the sales team with report generation and a range of administrative responsibilities
