Internal Sales Consultant (Technical) required in Germiston.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, processing orders efficiently, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Your strong interpersonal skills and sharp eye for detail will be key as you cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring their needs are met accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous
• 2-3 years administration experience with processes and procedures
• Excellent communications skills, written and face to face
• Independent worker that takes personal responsibility of their work portfolio
• Own Transport and driver’s license – Essential

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager
• Following up on quotations
• Answering incoming queries on product offerings
• Daily update of CRM system
• Calculation of costings for quotations
• General administration
• Assisting external sales representatives with quotations and admin.
• Working out quotes and sending proposals to clients timeously
• Follow up with clients to make sure they are happy with after sales service
• Understand company product offerings
• Open communication with other relevant departments
• Abide by company disciplinary code
