Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our international campaign team. The ideal candidate must speak fluent English with a neutral or international accent, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to deliver outstanding customer service to clients from global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for international clients
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets (QA scores, AHT, CSAT, etc.)
- Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in CRM systems
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department or supervisor
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written) with a neutral accent
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- 1 year call center experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Flexibility to work international shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills
