International Coordinator

Location: Cape Town Century City or Bedfordview

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate international shipping and logistics activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and shipping agents to manage and track shipments.
- Handle all documentation related to international shipping, including customs paperwork.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with the internal team to maintain seamless operations and client satisfaction.
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with international partners and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in logistics or shipping (Sea,Road and Flight) 2 to 3 years
