Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of telecom inventory including routers, switches, cables, mobile devices, and network hardware.
- Monitor stock levels across warehouses, field service locations, and retail outlets.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely replenishment and deployment of inventory.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Support rollout and maintenance of inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for asset tracking and inventory control.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports for management and operational teams.
- Assist in the planning and execution of network upgrades and equipment deployments.
