Role Purpose
Launch and grow Chenshia’s new IoT product range by running technical demos/PoCs, translating customer needs into clear technical specs, coordinating firmware/app updates with R&D, and driving deal execution (contracts and payment milestones). This is an entry‑level client‑facing role for a recent graduate with strong technical curiosity and disciplined self‑management
Core Responsibilities
1) Partner Solutions, Market Planning & Pipeline (B2B Telcos)
· Customer needs & market planning: Lead needs analysis, market‑opportunity sizing and account strategy; create relationship‑development plans per target account.
· Decision‑maker mapping & procurement path: Identify the DMU (sponsors, users, approvers, buyers) and map RFI/RFQ/RFP stages to keep pilots and deals on track.
· Bidding intelligence: Collect project intel and competitor positioning; maintain win/loss notes; recommend responses.
· Events & PR: Participate in exhibitions/PR events; invite existing clients, meet new prospects, and fully explore opportunities with timely follow‑up.
· Demos & PoCs: Plan and deliver technical demos and pilots (devices → app → cloud) with success criteria, test plans and timelines; capture feedback and actions.
· White‑label coordination: Prepare solution outlines (SKUs, connectivity, install notes) and branding/packaging requirements with partners.
2) Technical Support & R&D Liaison
· Convert customer requirements into specs/PRDs (problem statement, user stories, acceptance criteria); maintain a clear decision log.
· Triage pilot issues (reproduce, evidence, severity), raise tickets to R&D, track through to release (firmware/app notes) and communicate changes to partners. Maintain the product/feature backlog; coordinate samples, certifications, and compliance artefacts.
3) Product Coordination & Analytics (evolving to Product Owner)
· Keep the IoT product catalogue current (SKUs, versions, compatibility matrix, price book).
· Build simple dashboards (sell‑in/sell‑through, returns reasons, app activation/retention) and recommend data‑driven improvements.
· Support content/collateral (one‑pagers, FAQs, training decks) with Marketing; run train‑the‑trainer for partner teams.
4) Commercial & Account Management
· Assist with quotes within; support RFPs/tenders; route approvals (GM/Finance).
· Coordinate contract signing and ensure payment collection per agreed milestones; maintain accurate CRM and weekly forecasts.
· Manage partner hand‑offs (branding assets, packaging/artwork approvals, launch checklists) and keep records audit‑ready.
