Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our range of IT solutions and services. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote and sell IT hardware, software, solutions, and managed services.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Sales Executive, Account Manager, or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, solutions, and services (hardware, software, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong business acumen with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Office 365 Suite.
- Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (advantageous).
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
