Are you organised, reliable, and eager to grow in the insurance industry? We’re looking for a full-time Junior Claims Clerk to join our woman-led short-term insurance brokerage in Benoni.
Position Details:
- Type: Permanent, office-based position
- Location: Benoni – applicants must reside nearby
- Start Date: Immediate
Role Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming claims calls
- Logging new claims and ensuring accurate documentation
- Communicating with insurers and tracking claims status
- Following up on repairs and settlements
- Managing deadlines efficiently and supporting the claims process from start to finish
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong administrative ability and attention to detail
Advantageous (but not compulsory):
- RE5 certification
- Experience in the short-term insurance industry
