Junior Key Account Manager
Reports to: Senior Sales Manager
Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Manager to support the Key Account Management team in driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for an early career professional with a background in sales, business development, or sales administration, particularly within the consumer electronics industry.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and basic experience in PSI tracking, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, maintenance, and basic analysis of PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) data.
- Support monthly and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Aid KAMs in managing trade agreements, customer incentives, and billing processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of pricing, stock levels, and active promotions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely listing of new items across customer platforms.
- Liaise with sales admin staff and couriers to provide timely delivery and invoicing updates to customers. Address any related queries efficiently.
- Accompany KAMs on store and client visits as required, gathering market intelligence and supporting in-field activities.
- Draft and track contact reports, ensuring they follow through the internal approval process.
- Ensure customer records, trade terms, and promotional plans are consistently updated and documented.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Entry-level with up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Sales Administration, or Key Account Support, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ERP or sales CRM systems is advantageous.
