Brahman Hills Hotel & Spa is seeking a Junior Restaurant Manager to join our team and help lead Skyfall, our premium fine dining restaurant, stylish bar, and exclusive wine cellar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of Skyfall, the Bar Lounge, and Wine Cellar.
- Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure memorable guest experiences.
- Support with staff training, mentoring, and scheduling.
- Assist in stock control, ordering, and cost management.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure all health, safety, and hygiene requirements are met.
- Act as a point of contact for guests, resolving queries or complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or junior management role in an upscale or fine dining environment.
- Strong wine, cocktail, and food knowledge.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nottingham Road, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
