We are seeking adedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to take the lead in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong and supportive leader with a passion for hospitality, a focus on operational excellence, and the ability to inspire a team to consistently deliver exceptional service.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring an outstanding and consistent dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
- Lead, manage, and develop FOH and BOH teams to maintain high standards of performance and professionalism.
- Create, manage, and adjust staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage during all service hours.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and resolve complaints quickly and diplomatically.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to align service and food quality with guest expectations.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS system use, and daily financial reporting.
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and reduce waste and loss.
- Continuously assess and implement procedures to improve service flow, staff efficiency, and guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with restaurant management systems (POS, staff scheduling, inventory, etc.).
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and overall restaurant financials.
- A commitment to high standards in guest service and operational excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
